10/8/2023 0 Comments Dell wd19tb drivers![]() Ethernet does work if I plug directly into the Laptop. Tested with other known good docks, same result. Power Cycled Laptop and Dock a few times. Ran Dell Command Update and updated the Dock Firmware. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Graphics driver. I've tried extending the Display from the Settings Menu, the Intel Graphics Control Panel and Project menus. Power charging and USB devices thru the dock are working. While the Dock is connected Ethernet is plugged in but there's no network connection. When I click "Extend to Display 2/3" or "Duplicate Display 1/2", the "Revert Settings" window opens but nothing actually happens with the displays. The system can detect the monitors and shows them as disconnected displays. I have Latitude 5490 withĬonnected to a Dell WD19 Docking Station with 2 Dell 1080p monitors connected with DVI/DP adapters. I have two external screens, both using display port 1.4, I have one connected to the TB port on the dock and the other one to the display port, exactly the same way the image shows, but the one using the display port doesn't work for some reason, I tried the second screen using a usb-c to DP cable and it worked fine, but I need to do the same with the DP port on the dock for other reasons.ĭid someone have a similar problem with their dock? any tips is appreciated, thanks!ĮDIT: It started working out of nowhere, I have no idea why it didn't work before or how it got solved.Good morning Spiceheads, I have a real stumper on my hands.
